Ideal for a dinner with friends
The chicken bundle with bacon, spices and saffron is a practical and tasty dish, easy to prepare and extremely versatile.
Fundamental Step: dip the Bio saffron pistils in half a glass of hot water, leaving them to infuse for about 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Spread the chicken breast, making sure it is as thin as possible and place the slices of bacon on top, adding salt, pepper and a slice of cheddar cheese. Roll your bundle up to make a skewer, making sure that the cheese does not come out of the edges.
Flour the bundle and fry it in a non-stick pan with a little butter over a low heated stove. Brown well, blending halfway through with white wine.
Add the sage, rosemary, saffron in pistils and a little cooking water and, within a few minutes, your dish will be ready to be served.

- 300 grams of chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of “00” type flour
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 5-6 sage leaves
- 80 grams of butter
- Organic saffron in pistils (approximately 0.08 grams)
